About Me
I studied landscape architecture in school and began my career as a landscape architect and urban planner. With the rapid growth of the tech industry, I independently delved into UX design, transitioning into my second career as a UI/UX and product designer.
As an experienced product designer with a varied background, I have accumulated extensive expertise in developing creative solutions for various industries including activity space booking, crypto derivatives, real estate sales, public community service, and online travel agency platforms.
Playing a part in Agoda's achievements, I have honed my expertise in crafting user-centric storefront products, supply margin programs, and customer service & internal products. Presently, I am collaborating with product stakeholders to co-lead the design of agent-facing tools.
I succeed in problem-solving by adeptly moving across different domains, forging strong partnerships with stakeholders, and making well-informed and strategic design decisions through a data-driven approach.
